Do you accept returns?

We know buying fragrance online can be hard. We do offer sample rollerballs so you can test and try our scents as well as sample rollerball bundles.

 

We do not accept returns or refund shipping unless your order has damage. Please email us at clutchandkindle@yahoo.com. 
 

When will my order ship?

Thank you for ordering! We are a small team, and we try our best to ship within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. Our products are made by hand and sell pretty quickly. Please contact us with any questions you may have at clutchandkindle@yahoo.com, and we will be happy to assist you. We appreciate you shopping with us!

Are you still making soaps?

We are not making soaps at this time. Our perfumes have become wildly popular, and there are not enough hours in the day. We have paused our soap production.

 

We do offer Big Sur (the scent from Monterey and Tiburon restaurants) and Santal Smoke home diffuser oils which were our most popular soap scents so you can still use and smell the fragrance in your space. 

 

Roll or Dab your perfume?

We recommend using your rollerball perfume on moisturized skin. Then you will roll your rollerball onto your skin- preferably pulse points and dab the fragrance on your skin versus rubbing it in.

Do your rollerballs expire?

Rollerball perfumes do not expire like food, but we recommend using your rollerball perfume bottle within 3-5 years of purchase. Perfumes don’t fade, but the scents can change and oxidize. For longer lasting fragrance keep your rollerball bottle away from light and heat.

Do body oils expire?

Yes, body oils do have an expiration date. Just like any other beauty or skincare product, body oils can deteriorate over time, losing their effectiveness. Body oils are best within 18 months of purchase and expire after 2 years.
